ABOUT RIIKKA
In a world jaded by strategy and performance, I hold the tender, spirit-led voice that reminds us love is still holy– and still possible.
I’ve spent more than twenty years helping people return to themselves through somatics, intuition, and sovereignty. My résumé doesn’t read like a straight line. Finland to New York. Sociology to strip clubs. Bodywork to spiritual training. Healing work, heartbreak, divorce, rebuilding, repeating. My life has been one long laboratory for understanding love and self-betrayal.
I don’t teach this work because I’m perfect at love.
I teach it because I’ve done it wrong—repeatedly, passionately, and with full commitment.
My wake-up call came on Christmas Eve in 2014, when my boyfriend broke up with me in his parents’ house at four in the morning. The heartbreak was real, but the worst part was knowing I had ignored my intuition to avoid being “difficult.” That was the moment I realized:
I wasn’t unlucky in love.
I was self-abandoning.
So I rebuilt my life one truth at a time.
The Champagne Room is the space I wish existed back then. A clean, sovereign place to get honest, rebuild your identity, and rise from heartbreak without losing your dignity or your humor.
If I can get divorced, blow up my own life, cry into mashed potatoes at a New York bistro on Christmas night, and still end up here…
